Pastor causes death of teenager with concoction

The police in Delta State have arrested a court registrar, Pastor Jonathan Ojigbo in connection with the death of a teenage boy, Evi Samson at Ozoro, Isoko North Local Government Area.The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Celestina Kalu, who confirmed the arrest on Saturday, told Punch
”One Samson Uwhemw of Erovie quarters, Ozoro reported at the Police Station Ozoro, that on September 28 he took his son – Evi Samson to one Pastor Jonathan Ojigbo of God Solution Ministry Ozoro, who is also a Registrar in a Magistrate Court in Delta State for prayers.And that the said Pastor gave his son a black concoction to drink, following which his son developed swollen head and eyes in the night of the same date and later died on September 29.On receipt of the report, detectives swung into action and arrested the said Ojigbo. The suspect claimed that what he gave the deceased was a battle of coke.Items recovered on searching his house include some charms from his shrine behind the church.”
